Hi guys. I had a problem during the update to the latest version.

The database migration process was failing while updating the table `reaction` due to an exception: 

`#1071 - Specified key was too long; max key length is 1000 bytes

I've tried to play with column sizes, character sets, etc.

The only working solution for me was to change the DB Engine from default MyISAM to InnoDB on this table and apply this engine as the global default engine:

SET GLOBAL default_storage_engine = 'InnoDB';

After that, yet another attempt to start Gitea has finished successfully.
